It's such a hassle to reset the device to clear the list of offline device.

May I know if you mean the client list on Network Map page or the VPN Client page as mentioned in another post?
According to our tests, the client list on Network Map page will show online client devices only, but when we add device list on VPN Client page, both online and offline devices will be listed so that customers could choose the currently offline devices as well.
