I might be wrong but in my understanding, they should be able to see each other since they are all on the same subnets, unless you use a managed switch and set up different VLANs. In your case, you should run Deco in AP mode if you want to keep your Asus router's routing features, you don't want both Deco and Asus giving out DHCP leases.
