Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.7

Orange light on and Tether App says no internet connection. However, all my Amazon products (FireTV, Fire TV Stick, Alexa, Fire HD8 tablet) are all online and working. Home computer, laptop and two cell phones will NOT connect.

 

If I disconnect internet cable from router, all Amazon go offline. I have tried unplugging the router for 30 and 60 seconds, but nothing has changed.

 

Tether App shows IP address as 100.64.xxx.x which seems odd.

 

Sorry, I'm not a tech person. Can anyone help?

Make sure you're with the latest FW release for your device - here. Latest FW release for Archer C80 v1 is v1.13.2.

It seems like you have a DNS issue. Try the following:

IP address 100.64.XX.XX shows that you're behind a CG-NAT, which is perfectly normal with many ISPs.
