I can't set up the other 2 because this one won't setup
but I have internet under my old name

If you are using the Decos as your main Wi-Fi, you will need to disconnect your previous router and connect the Deco directly to your modem.
A pulsing LED indicates that the device is ready to be configured via the Deco App, what step in the setup process are you getting stuck at?
Once the first deco is connected, it should be extremely easy to setup your other nodes.
What WAS your network setup like? What model/brand of Modem and Router were you using?
Do you have a separate modem and router, or is the device from your ISP also broadcasting a wireless signal?
