Can I create mesh network using one re505x in AP mode and additional tp link oneMesh extenders on extender mode?

Yoiu can't create a mesh network only with range extenders - you need to have a main router - Easymesh FAQ - Q9/A9.

Moreover if a range extender is in "AP mode" it won't support mesh network configuration - check this post.
