Can't login to local network. Default password doen't work and I've never set it up before. Can't reset the router by either method of holding button whiled powered on or method of holding reset button while powering on.

While the router is powered on press the reset button for about 10 seconds.

When pressing the reset button you should feel/hear a click - use e paperclip or a toothpick.
