Kasa KS240 ceiling fan control and dimmer switch Red light
@Riley_S yesterday I came home from work and found my KS240 had red light, did a factory reset and reconfigured the switch. I have other Kasa switches none had this issue so can't be internet connectiviy issue as other Kasa switches would have the same issue. Just wanted to mention since KS240 is a new device maybe firmware needs to be checked and updated or someother issue.

After the switches had been behaving for a couple of months, I had 2 out of 3 fail to reconnect to the cloud after I rebooted the router today. I could turn the lights/fan on and off. I had to delete them from Kasa, add them back in.

@nsrdave I've left negative feedback on Amazon (where I bought it). I don't think TP-Link sees this as an issue or cares. They would have addressed it by now. But for sure, it's probably the end of me buying their products.

Hi @Riley_S , have the engineers able to determine the cause of the issue?
All TP-Link devices are connected to the internet, all other home equipment are connected to internet, the only device that is not connected is KS240 fan / light switch with solid light which the troubleshooting guide says no internet but that is not true.
