Can no longer access router with http.  IP scanner does not show an http service running on it.  Is there another way to access the router management?

Best way to access the router is to connnect with an ethernet cable to the router.

If your computer can receive an IP address, check the network gateway - that's the router IP address.

If you don't receive an IP address reset the router to its factory defaults and try again.

Another way to access the router management is through the tether app.

  @terziyski I tried Tether and entered my credential.  It did not connect.   If I do a reset and the http service does not resurrrect itself, how can I change the settings?

Is there any indication that the router is powered on ? Any LEDs active ?

If after factory reset there's no access to the router it probably went faulty.

I would measure the power supply voltage with a multimeter to exclude power adapter failure.
