Just recently purchased a 3pk Deco XE75. I have an EcoNet hot water tank by Rheem that only connects to the 2.4ghz band. I cannot seem to get it connected. I believe it's because the 2.4 and 5ghz bands are together. Is there a way to isolate the 2.4ghz band so I can get my tank connected? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Did you try activating IOT network? It is only on 2.4ghz
