@SteveCr65 I have been trying to get my brand new p9650iQ to connect to my deco network for about a month now. 2 calls to Fluidra, a call to deco, and a call to Spectrum later, still cannot connect 🫠

We discovered that our problem was a wiring issue to the heater. After that issue was resolved, we have been connected ever since. The pool tech said he had never seen that issue before.
