Need offline clients back to online
Hi, and thanks in advance. So, here is my issue. I have clients that are offline , mainly my 5 of my 8 halo locks... how do I get them on line? I think they were accidentally blocked. My locks won't connect to my deco. Thanks

@yves_b hi thanks, I checked the block list and they were not there. The locks will connect in my Bluetooth and the 15 min later they are in the offline list. And we are going thru batteries like crazy!! When we set them up everything worked wonderfully for about 3 months, then it's just been issue after issue . No connectivity and battery draining. Tried reset but wondering if I should delete every lock and do a factory reset. Thoughts ?
