Firmware Version: 1.0.4

I am confused on the ethernet ports... Don't see any detail on how to use them other than initial setup... I tried to use a second port as a passthrough between my gateway and my switch... and it doesnt work.... can someone explain these ports in a bit of detail.... and what can I use the additional ports for?

  @terziyski  Well Im not getting a passthrough to the switch.. I thought it would be straight forward. either my x55 is defective or it just doesnt like the switch

It could be either the cable or the switch - refer this document - Q6.
