Had to post this on the BE65 page since TP-Link doesn't recognize the BE63 for some reason which is probable why I am having issues with this device.

Just bought a BE63 2 pack and I have Tachus 2.5Gb Fiber.

I have ran speed test direct from the modem and I get 2.5Gb up and down but once i connect either of the satellite routers the down speeds are capped at 250Mbps for LAN and WiFi but I still get the 2500 up speeds.

If anyone has a suggestion for a solution let me know.

I have an open case with TP-Link that has been escalated to the engineering department now for an answer.

@BigDaddyD hey so idk if you solved your problem but I ran into the same issue and solved it by not connecting the two deco units directly together. Idk who in their right mind engineered the protocol handling the backhaul system but when you connect the deco units together the backhaul kicks in and limits the speeds, its very dumb.

Connect each deco unit to their own 2.5gbps port on your modem, only way to solve the speed issue.
