Can I use a TP-Link AX3000 range extender to connect to my Deco5000 mesh (Starlink v3 internet) to extend my Wifi range about 300 feet to a barn to access a camera?

That distance would be too much for a standard indoor Wi-Fi range extender, especially if multiple exterior walls are involved.
At that distance, and for a linear connection, it would be better to consider one of our outdoor, point-to-point options like CPEs or bridge kits, such as the EAP211 Bridge Kit, or an omnidirectional solution that could integrate directly with your existing Deco ecosystem could be the Deco X50-Outdoor. However, coverage may vary depending on how clear of a shot there is, without obstructions/foliage, between the installation location and the barn.
