Model: Archer AX3000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20230803 rel.35127 (5553)

I have purchased a brand new TP Link AX3000Pro Router.  The salesman informed me that I can setup different VLans for wired vs wireless.

But I do nto see that option in the administrative panel.   Perhaps I am not looking in teh correct spot or perhaps that is nto possible with this type of home router.

Your router has no options for setting up VLANs to separate wired and wireless clients. You will need additional hardware to accomplish this.
