Hi,

An iMac, a mac mini, 2 iPhones and one Samsung Android phone all connect fine to my network and never have issues.

There's one user who has had 2 different Windows laptops and they always have connection problems. We often have to reboot the router in order for him to connect.

He says he's updated his network drivers and even had Best Buy's Geek Squad out to the house.

I asked him to try using our dedicted guest network, which is 2.4ghz instead of 5, but he can't connect to that one either.

Any idea why a router that works fine on all non-Windows devices we have won't easily connect to a Windows laptop?

Thank you.
