I have the M5 model at home. My roommate was able to connect at home, but I was unable to.
Is it a problem connecting if more than one person has an email attached to the equipment?
@Tinkininfa You want to manage the Deco mesh, via the mesh, from two tp-link accounts?
I believe the second account must be added, as a manager, by the owner of the mesh. This is done via the app.
