Hi, bought the GE800 the other week ago and did warranty registration and it's still sitting to be confirmed after a week. Seen somewhere that this is a problem, which the post I saw was clear back in 2021 I think. So do I have to contact them to get this done?
@marc4800 It took them about 3 weeks to register my new products (adapter and extender), they were so new that the model numbers weren't in the registration database. I did an online chat with them to get the registration process completed.
