Router flashing blue light

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version:

I reset our routers because they were not working (red light), and now they are flashing blue. I think this means they need to be set up again, but I am not sure how to go about that.

@JRRoss Via the "+" button in the app, you can create a new network.
