A couple days ago, Facebook and Instagram suddenly not working properly.  They don't load, or load very slowly.  It was working perfectly before that.  Nothing has changed.  Facebook and Instagram were working perfectly on other networks.  Other sites are working fine.  I stream 4k videos from YouTube and stream from other videos.  No problem.  What could be the problem?
