Router management
I just installed a two node Deco XE75 Pro mesh in my home. I have no idea what the hardware version is. I don't see it on the box, or in the app.
Overall, the performance is very good, but I am having two issues.
1) None of my Nest Thermostats or Protects will connect to either the main or IoT network. I am leaving them on the old WiFi until I figure that out.
2) I really don't like being stuck using the app on my phone to manage the network. I want a full featured web inteface like I had on the AX50 that this is replacing.
Do other TP Link Mesh products provide a full featured web interface?
I am considering putting these back into the box and returning to Amazon. I really hate using the phone app that much.
If there is another TP Link product that provides similar performance (WiFi 6E / Mesh) and has a proper web management interface, please let me know.
(plus the fact that I have to keep the old AX50 running to support my Nest devices)

It appears that you are currently operating two different wireless routers, which may be causing connectivity issues.
Additionally, it's possible that the devices are set up on a different SSID and password than those configured in the Deco app. You may want to access the Nest app to set them up with the new Deco network.
Regarding the web user interface, to the best of my knowledge, all Deco models utilize the same web UI, accessible at http://tplinkdeco.net/webpages/index.html.

That management link is a sad shadow of the management capability on the AX50. No comparison at all. Seriously, find an AX50 and login to the management page. Go to the advanced pages. So much flexibility. By comparison, the Deco units are completely broken.
I can only see reports there, no ability to set anything. No reserved DHCP. No ability to set the prefered DNS.
In addition, the page does not even support https:// it only responds to http:// <<<< In 2024, this is not acceptable.

It is unusual that you are unable to connect the Nest device to the Deco system, especially since we both have XE75 Pro models and my Nest is functioning correctly with mine.
It may be worth investigating whether there is an issue with the firmware.
Please examine the bottom of your device to determine the hardware version.
For instance, in the image below, you will find "US/1.6" on the right-hand side, which indicates the hardware version.
As for your other question there is a tp link router that supports 6E it's not tri band it's quad band and supports the web ui you can find in the 2nd link below

I completely agree with your concerns regarding the limited capabilities of the web user interface for the Deco routers, and I have noticed that many other users share similar sentiments on the forums.
I recommend creating a new post to express your frustrations with the web UI. I believe that with more feedback from the community, TP-Link may consider improving the user interface for all of us.

The Nest devices are perhaps not compatible with some setting of your Deco wifi network (band, security).
This is one of the benefit of having a separate IOT network: the possibility to set it differently than the main network.

@yves_b By toggling through the buttons, I was able to eventually get my Nest devices to see the Deco network. Thank you.
I don't recall which change allowed that to happen, there was too much going on all at once, but I believe that I returned all the settings back and they remain connected.
