Firmware Version: 1.1.0

I connected my existing Time Machine Western Digital HDD to the USB port on the Deco and configured it as a Time Machine on Deco App. One the Mac book I was not able to get it recognized as an existing Time Machine drive , instead it only got recognized as a new Time Machine. So I disconnected it from Deco and connected my HDD directly via USB to my Mac, now it is no longer recognized as a disk, it wont mount. I connected the HDD to another Windows PC, it is not recognized there either. I connect it back to the USB port on the Deco, it is recognized as a USB drive via Deco. How do I get it to recognize the HDD when connected to the Mac book? Note: The HDD format is ExFAT.

I removed the access authentication from the Deco App as well to see if it would help but no.
