I'm trying to track down why ethernet download speeds on my Xbox are so very slow. 

Download : 27Mbps

Upload : 671Mbps

Plugging in a laptop to the exact same ethernet cable the Xbox is using and it gets 970Mbps up and down. 

I've tried marking the Xbox as a priority device and that didn't seem to help.
