The web administration page keeps refreshing after about 10-15 seconds. I usually login to my local IP address. Before long, the page reloads to tplinkwifi.net and forces me to login again. I tried using the tool under the latter domain, but it still refreshes the page automatically. Each time it does so, it asks for the login password.

 

I have had this router for quite some time, and it's never done this before. Same laptop as well. I tried clearing my browser cache, which did not help.

 

Any ideas?

I have the same issue with a 2nd hand AX55... impossible setup any rule/parental control or anything without seeing a refresh after clicking save... Realy fustrating

  @Pepito81 In my case, my Home Assistant server was the culprit. I guess because it was getting a status update every few seconds and would authenticate while doing so, it would basically log my web session out. Removing the router information from Home Assistant fixed the issue immediately.

 

So I guess just make sure you don't have anything else logged in or trying to log in to the router admin account.
