Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.2 Build 20230906 Rel. 52143

In the last couple of weeks for some reason my devices like Iphone, IPads, Smart TVs, Firesticks, Windows 10 and Windows 11 laptops are able to connect to the Archer 6000(US), BUT the connection says it has no internet connection.  This is happening once a day with at least one device.  The only solution is to log into the router and I select reboot.  After the reboot, everything is good until the next device has an issue.

What can be causing this "recent" issue?

@Proud2BProud I got a new router in November BE6500 flavor from BB. After the router looked good and the Modem looked good, I called the cable company as a reboot of the router didn't fix the error initially only a reboot of the cable modem. They gave me a new coax and tweaked some settings on the signal from Spectrum, and the modem continued to say "online". The router was happy for over a day. Now red light occured on router again for no internet. Replaced cable from modem to router. Good again for about 12 hours. I have smart devices hooked up saying "no internet". I hooked up a PC and it works fine from the cable modem. Restarted the router and it was good for about 12 hours then fail again. It will go back if it fails again.

sorry you have this issue - sounds same as my own wireless problem - When I connect hard line I have no issues. Your problem does not correct my issues though - but thanks for sharing. I was expecting TP-Link support to kick in a response here and provide a solution.

I worked with TPLINK support, and they referred me to engineers, to respond in 48 hours (they asked my router MAC address and my provider which I thought was weird). But I'd decided after the next failure (no internet) to return the router while under extended Holiday return policy at BB. I changed brands and have been solid for 23 hours. I didn't like that TPLINK has made the news recently (after my purchase) for security issues. Good luck to you.

The last suggestion before we called it a day/night with support, was to put another router in front of the TPLINK router to see if old router providing better/cleaner signal to new router. Unfortunately after I purchased the BE6500, I gave/installed the router at brother in law's house, 45 days ago so no spare router to do deeper testing for TPLINK tier 1.
