Firmware Version: 1.6.4

I am using a desktop application (Articulate Storyline) that uploads directly to a server on Port 443. I have been able to execute this successfully many times in the past.  This week, that application is unable to connect to do the upload, with a message "check internet connection."  My Deco M9 Plus router is connected to Ting high speed fiber, and that is functioning exceptionally well and has been for a year.  When I connect my laptop to my phone hotspot, I am able to execute the upload successfully.  I have tried to connect to the Deco with an ethernet cable and it still fails to upload.  I called Ting internet and they said there are no issues or blocks with their service (and all other devices are connecting and streaming without issue).

I just installed the most recent firmware on the Deco. I do not have any of the Network Security services turned on. All other devices are connected and the network appears to be functioning well, but I am still unable to execute the upload from Articulate when connected to the Deco.  Thanks for your help!

  @LaurieF

Unfortunately I have no solution, but have encountered exactly the same problem. The application/domain blocked is Microsoft. I realized this about one week ago when my windows update failed giving the message "chek internet connection" although it worked perfectly fine with other applications. To fulfill the update I had to use my phone as a Hotspot.

Hope TP is looking into this to solve the problem. Looking forward to any advice!
