Deco X20 Not getting full Ethernet speeds up or down.

Just bought this and I am already dissapointed and wanting to return it. Have a fiber 1Gps up and down and I am not getting the same speeds as I was on my old router. As you can see in the picture it slowly gets better everytime I use it for some reason, but the upload speed isn't. Upgraded the firmware when I first installed this morning. Any ideas?
