BE800 Router SFP+ port does not communicate with SG3428XPP-M2 SFP+ port

Just received my SG3428XPP-M2 POE++ switch and when I connected the BE800 router to the switch via SFP+ ports using TL-SM5220 cable, the 2 does not communicate. When I look on in my BE800 admin console, it shows the SFP port connected but showing 0 MBps Half Duplex. Do I need a different cable?
