Model: Deco BE63
Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: 1.1.5

Ever since I switched from my Netgear WiFi 6 mesh system to the Deco I've had audio issues with my Alexa speakers. I have 3 BE63 which are all hardwired just like my 4 year old netgears accept I have to switch my Alexa speakers to low stereo and can't run them in multi channel as I was able to previously as they crack and drop connection constantly. It's horribly annoying didn't have issues previously and honestly wish I could get my money back at this point. Running the latest firmware, but hasn't fixed the issue yet.

  @djmranderson

I'm glad to see someone else has confirmed this issue with the Echo Home Theater and Deco devices. I have 3 BE11000 kits. Even using just one kit with a wired backhaul, the 3 Echo Home Theater setups I have all glitched and stutter. One of my Home Theater setups is using two Echo Studios. The other two setups are using one Echo Studio each. The Echo Studio Home Theaters are connecting directly to the Fire TV Max WiFi network, not the Deco network. But something about the Deco is causing issues.

I packed the Decos up immediately and optimisticly keep unboxing them when a new firmware update is released, but the incompatibility with Amazon Home Theater setups using Echo Studios persists.

I did not have this issue with Omar's WiFi 6 products nor more than a dozen other WiFi setups of various brands.
