W6000-Can't connect to internet when using VPN client

I'm connected to the main deco unit and when I add my phone to the VPN client, I cannot access the internet. I'm using a paid Nord VPN account as the client for my Deco.
If anyone can assist, it would be greatly appreciated. I have searched and not found anything to address this issue. Thank you!
