X55 Unit stopped Responding, Unable to Perform Factory Reset
X55 Unit stopped Responding, Unable to Perform Factory Reset
Hi. I purchased 6 Deco X55 units this past September. This weekend, one of those units stopped responding. I was unable to perform a factory reset (depressing button on bottom of unit for more than 10 seconds) after multiple tries. The faulty unit powers up to a steady yellow light but never proceedes beyond that point. The other 5 units are operating correctly. Please advise.
