It works in other  online games correct? Has anything else such as voice chat had difficulties?

It is possible that it is being blocked by the firewall, but with it being such a common service and it being a new network - I would lean towards something else being the cause.

Is your console/pc wired to your network or connected wirelessly? If it is wireleslly connected, it could be the result of using the same wireless network name/password as your old network. Go into your network settings on your device and forget the network and relogin to the Wi-Fi.

There should also be another troubleshooter available, if a console, for your network connection. I would run this to see if it will call something out.

Your network structure though, are the Deco's connected to your ISP Modem or to another router (Including a Modem+Router Combination from your ISP), If this is the case, you have a Dual NAT situation - which many online games will not play well with (particularly voice chat). You would need to change the settings on your ISP Combo Device, or remove the frist router form your network.
