Hi there!
The internet symbol on our router is orange. The wifi is accessible and viewable on our devices but shows no internet. What are ways to troubleshoot this?
@mmatulle Reboot your ISP modem and then reboot the router.
@DVair Our internet provider does not work using a modem. I have reset the router and replugged in/verified connections. The internet light is no longer on in any color now.
