My routers web protection has blocked two devices with no MAC address and strange block dates. I'm not sure what's going on.
loopback doesn't have a mac address, that would show 00:00:00:00:00:00, but looking at that, I think the UI is trying to display blank fields, the Dec 31, 1969 points in that direction. maybe a couple of mostly blank records in whatever database it's looking at?
