Model: Deco BE11000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I purchased the BE 11000 mesh system and for the most part, it is perfect. I have a backyard office that is about 100 feet away from the house, and does receive a medium to weak signal. My MacBook often gets 100GB up and down when I test, but that varies. The only issue is trying to do Zoom/video calls and at times, it can freeze. The network seems to buffer me. Ive tried a few different settings (but maybe there are more?) I think in general I need to increase the strength. Ive been told to get the XE50 outdoor range extender and try to get it to a midpoint in my backyard, which I will try. Wondering if anyone else has suggestions? Thinking if I either did that or purchased another access point for the office, it might give me enough bandwidth? Also wondering if there was some setting that allowed me to get better bandwidth I have not tried.  Open to the easiest solution. Unfortunately, I don't think I can backhaul, everything is wireless. But, if someone had a good solution to get wired to my office from the Fiberoptic in my house, I would be open to hiring someone.   @DJAlcatraz

I also recommend getting the X50 model to extend your signal outside

Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode? https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/699816?page=1
