Unable to Make Changes in App

Regarding Deco XE75 Pro mesh x3.
Hello, I've installed this system and it appears to work fine. However, I've noticed that while the android app (ver. 3.9.23) connects to the mesh devies and display all settings, I'm unable to change settings without rebooting. For example, the app displays all connected devices and current settings, but doesn't display the current network speed and doesn't allow me to change settings or reboot devices via the app. If I reboot, I get control again for a day or so. Ideas?

I can't get that link to work. Can you verify?
Edit: I see this is supposed to access the router locally. I can do that on a browser using IP of 192.168.1.1, but that indicated my firmware is current.

Did you have the most up to date already? Or did you have to update? If you had to update try testing the app out now

Very odd we both have the same model and hardware versions. What is your app version? Also android or apple? IM on android version 3.9.76

Yeah I'm out of ideas I know I had you open a ticket already is it still open? If so I would let them know your still having issues. They might want to set up a time to log into your system to see if they can figure out whats going on. I don't have access to anything like that
