AX11000 Drops 2.4ghz
Hi,
I have a problem where my AX11000 drops all 2.4ghz devices every 2 or 3 days, and only a third of the devices automatically reconnects. When I manually reboot the router, all devices immediately come back on line except for my OOMA Telo base unit. I have to unplug it for it to reconnect. Additionally, there does not appear to be a system log entry for the disconnect. Also, 5ghz and ethernet devices are not affected, nor does the LED change color. I have tried with and without smart connect with no success.
I have contacted customer support, but since my router is out of warranty, they won't even address the issue. Has anyone else successfully resolved this issue?
