I have 3 Deco WiFi 6e XE5300 units as our main network. I need to add an access point (AP) to the network to support IoT devices with simple passwords (the IoT devices don't support complex passwords) and with access to the internet. Hence I purchased a deco Wi-Fi7 BE3600 (I will only use the 2.4GHz network). However, I can't get this to work. I am using Deco app on Androi. On the main page I can select between two networks, i.e. the one from XE5300 and the one from the BE3600. The BE3600 is connected to the main XE5300 via a switch (I also tried a direct connection to one of theh 3 Ethernet ports on the main XE5300). For some reason, the BE3600 cannot access the internet, though. Also, it's not clear to me if the unit is working as an AP or as an extension of the XE5300 network.

@malada Looks like your new BE3600 is functioning as a "router" but your phone is connected to the XE5300 WiFi.

It may be best to disconnect the Ethernet cable from the BE3600, go to the app, in the upper right so the "+" and have it try to add the BE3600 as a node.  After successfully adding reconnect the Ethernet and I am hoping Ethernet backhaul mode works automatically, otherwise it may need to be set in the settings...
