You might be frustrated, but if you are looking for help, some details are needed. To start with, the model of the Deco/Router. What have you tried? Plugging it in is not enough. You have to follow the instructions that came with it, usually via a phone Deco or Tether app. So, post what you did and/or tried. Without that info it only looks like you are stating you are no happy with what you bought.
