Hi all -

 

I'm running a deco network with a main + 3 sattelites. 2 of the 3 sattelites are connected to the main via Ethernet backhaul, and the 3rd is connected via WiFi to the satellite that's closest. 
 

Over the last few days, the connectivity on the network has gone from fine, to spotty, to non-functional. Our underlying connection to the ISP (Verizon Fios) is unchanged and is functioning properly. I tested this by connecting an old Google home router directly to the modem the same way that Deco is, and I'm getting 700mbps on a speed test there. 
 

The firmware is up-to-date, I've tried a network reboot, and also unplugging and replugging it altogether. No network settings have been changed in the period immediately preceding these issues. I've since run the network optimizer and that also didn't help. 
 

Any ideas what could have caused this or any additional troubleshooting ideas?

I would try the Network Optimization tool in the Deco app maybe there is another Wi-Fi signal around you interfering with your network? From the Deco app click on More - Then Network Optimization - Scan 

 

If that doesn't help we can go from there
