Deco mesh doesn't make wifi better and my computer can't connect to it
My computer can't connect to the deco mesh, but all other devices in my home can connect. My computer can connect to the original wifi but can't connect to the deco mesh network

I would try to restart the network adapter and while its restarting restart your modem and deco router
If the above doesn't work
1. Email support at support.usa@tp-link.com.
2. Include the model number of your Deco router, as well as the hardware and firmware versions.
3. Describe the issues you are facing and send the email.

@HelpFixDecoApp So I can connect with deco mesh right now but it’s not connected pretty well.

If your connected now we should check to see if your firmware is up to date that might fix your issues
Go to http://tplinkdeco.net/webpages/index.html and log in with your password
Click on Advance then system
Then Firmware upgrade
Now click on "Check for upgrades"
If it finds an update it install it :)
