Is there any way short of a complete reset to bring the main deco back online?

Please try the following then get back to us to let us know if it came back online or not

 

1. Unplug all the decos you own and unplug your modem

 

2. Wait about 10 mins then plug your modem back in and wait till all the lights that are normally on are on 

 

3. Plug your main deco back in and if the light turns green then start to plug the rest of your decos in 

 

If your main deco after 5 or 10 mins doesn't turn green then call your ISP and make sure its not a problem on there end
