If your deco has Parental Controls then you might be able to set this up

@HelpFixDecoApp I have a kids profile and added www.youtube.com, youtube, shorts under Blocked websites, Web Filter as None, and one of the devices added to the profile is TV. Profile is set for 12 years old. With these settings I am unable to launch Netflix and Prime video. Youtube is blocked and this functionality is the only one working as expected. Any thoughts why Netflix and Prime are not working. If I remove TV from the profile, they both work.

See if any of the following helps if not let me know
If your Deco parental controls are blocking websites you haven't explicitly added to the block list, there are a few potential reasons and troubleshooting steps to consider:
- Antivirus/Real-Time Protection: Your Deco's built-in antivirus, powered by Trend Micro, might be flagging the websites as malicious or belonging to categories that are automatically blocked. You can check the "Protecting Your Network" section in the Deco app to see any detected threats. You can also test the website's categorization on the Trend Micro website. If it's being blocked by the antivirus, you might be able to add the website to the Allow List under Malicious Content Filter. Some older Deco models might not support this directly, but TP-Link may add the feature via firmware updates. Alternatively, you can disable the antivirus or adjust the category of the website on the Trend Micro site so it's not blocked.
- Parental Control Filter Levels: If you've set up a Parental Control profile for a device, the websites might be blocked because they fall under one of the Categories you have filtered, even if you haven't individually blocked the site. Check the "Categories" section within the relevant Parental Control profile in the Deco app. You might need to remove the category the website belongs to from the filter settings.
- Website Redirects/Subdomains: Sometimes, a website you're trying to access might redirect to another domain or subdomain that is blocked. In this case, you might need to check the History page within the Deco app to identify the exact domain being blocked and then manually add it to the Parental Control profile's Blocked Websites list, according to TP-Link.
- Cached Information: Sometimes, browser caches can interfere with website access. Try clearing your browser's cache and then attempt to access the website again.
- MAC Address Cloning (in some cases): In some specific cases, cloning the MAC address of a computer on the network to the Deco router has resolved blocking issues, particularly when sites timeout. This is a more advanced troubleshooting step and might not be necessary in most situations. However, TP-Link support has recommended it for certain blocking issues.
In summary, check your Deco app's Antivirus and Parental Control settings, especially the Filtered Categories, and consider checking for website redirects if the problem persists.
