@HelpFixDecoApp no, it's all wireless and the lan cables are connected directly into the main router that is connected to the modem.

@HelpFixDecoApp No, I have 3 decos, 1 of the decos is the main router.

@HelpFixDecoApp I tried a different smaller lan cable to a different device that is next to the main deco, and it showing it is connected on the app. Could it be the 2 lan cables that are looping are bad ?

The way I understand how deco's work one of the decos "has" to be connected to the modem. So you should be running an Ethernet cable from the back of your modem to one of your deco's which will be the main deco
After that the other decos can be connected either Wi-Fi or Ethernet

It is possible for cables to go bad so yes if it's working with a different cable then i would toss the broken one

@HelpFixDecoApp well I have the solution, whoever ran the old Cat 6 cables used "straight through" pins. I cut both ends and changed it back to B and it's working. Never would of thought

Glad you got it working. I had a speed issue of my my own few months back turns out after some testing one of the Ethernet jacks in my wall stopped working so i had to run 25ft of cable from a different port in my room to another and it works fine now
Just need to get someone out here now to fix the dang port lol
