Network deletes it self, base unit flashing blue. Two side units flashing red. I'm rebooted the modem and reset each unit everytime. Happens every 24 hours or so... Is there a way to roll back the firmware? Looking for a previous firmware....
Can you look at the back or bottom of one of your deco's and provide the hardware version number?
Turn over the device so you can see a label on the back or bottom of the unit. Look for a character string next to the serial number, the looks like: “VER X.X”. This is the hardware version of the device.
