I am unable to ping my static IP on the WAN side. Can't find any settings to allow ICMP. I have a computer running software that needs to accessed remotely and I opened a port to it. Any ideas?

The option isn't out to firmware version 1.5.0 so you will have to wait till they release that firmware for your deco

  @APDeco There is a setting on my Deco app for my BE95 Firmware Version 1.1.0

 

-> More -> Internet Connection (IPv4 tab) -> Ignore Ping from WAN (toggle)

 

It is by default toggled ON.  If this isn't there on yours or it doesn't work as expected I'm afraid you should contact support.
