Firmware Version:

I have a NETGEAR Nighthawk M1 4G LTE WiFi Mobile Hotspot (MR1100-100NAS), and I am trying to use the TP Deco XE75 Pro AXE5400 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E to achieve improved WiFi coverage.  How should I set it up? Should one node be wired using an Ethernet cord, and should a wired Deco device remain in the same location as the Hotspot internet device?

  @OneDimp

If you want to extend the range of your current router I would run the deco's in AP mode.

See this post for more info - https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1842/

Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode? https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/699816?page=1

  @OneDimp Wired is always better than Wireless, so I'd say wire all of them together if possible.  IF you will continue to use the hotspot WiFi (which I'm assuming as you said to increase coverage), then I suggest you space each node far enough away from each other to maximize the area covered.
