XE75 Pro and Zscaler
XE75 Pro and Zscaler
There seems to be an incompatibility between Zscaler VPN and the Deco XE75 Pro. I cannot maintain a stable connection to Zscaler from my work laptop while on my home WiFi.
I have been able to get around the problem by using a Meraki VPN to connect to my office network and Zscaler maintains a stable connection then. This is not ideal as the office network connection is quite slow.
This didn't use to be a problem.
Any help with getting the XE75 Pro working with the Zscaler would be greatly appreciated.

@LeoMY Firmware for V2 is different from your V3. Tp-Link makes revisions. Suggest starting new thread as this one is marked solved....

@jzchen Bad news, while I did have a good response for a while, the problem with Zscaler has recurred. I can now go no longer than 5 or 10 minutes without Zscaler kicking me out of my connection.

@DavidCA any resolution to this yet? I have the Deco X55 with the same issue with Zscaler. My download speeds are throttled to about 3Mbps and I can't reach my zscaler admin console
