So my WiFi got deleted. I have no idea how. So I created a new one. But it won't let me manage it w/out upgrading the firmware. But that screen is frozen on the app. I can't even reboot. I can't add the other routers. Nothing.
I looked up manually uodating firmware but that's really complicated. Any ideas?
Have you tried to update via the web ui? Please access the Deco web interface by entering "tplinkdeco.net" in your browser. Then navigate to Advanced > System > Firmware Update, look at the bottom of the page for the "Check for updates" button
