HomeShield Sub Transfer to new Deco system?
Hi - contemplating an upgrade to a BE14000 system and wondering if my HomeShield subscription will transfer seemlessly from my X90 to the BE14000.

So the HomeShield subscription is account based, and not tied to the existing hardware?

The way I understand it your HomeShield subscription is tied directly to your tp-link ID but your hardware still has to support it. Example if you had a Deco M9+ it wouldn't support HomeShield but it would support HomeCare which came before HomeShield

@LazyBrewer See this article Q7 on how to transfer to a new network. Bottom line you should be fine so long as you don't want two subscriptions, which requires a separate TP-LInk ID and a different Google or Apple ID...
